The Opportunity
We are partnering with a large-scale organization undergoing a major cyber transformation programme to find an experienced Cyber Service Designer / Lead.
In this role, you will help shape, design, and improve critical cyber security services across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a specialist who loves bridging the gap between cyber, technology, and operations—driving tangible service improvements and streamlined workflows rather than just designing in theory.
Key Responsibilities
Design and continuously improve enterprise-wide cyber security services.
Support vulnerability management and broader cyber transformation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with security, technology, and operational teams to elevate service delivery.
Identify, scope, and implement high-impact service improvements.
Define meaningful KPIs, performance metrics, and executive reporting frameworks.
Optimize operational processes, workflows, and the overall stakeholder experience.
Ensure security tools and platforms are effectively embedded into live operational services.
What We’re Looking For
Proven commercial experience in Cyber Service Design or Cyber Service Management.
Strong, practical understanding of ITIL frameworks and service improvement principles.
Knowledge of established cyber security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Direct exposure to vulnerability management or security operations (SOC) environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to start immediately on a fully remote contract framework.
