Are you friendly, reliable, and looking for a role that gets you out on the road meeting people? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Tesco to recruit a dedicated Customer Delivery Driver for their Forres Nairn Rd location.
As the face of Tesco on the road, you'll do much more than just drive—you'll bring great service with a smile directly to our customers' doorsteps. This hands-on, physical, and varied role offers plenty of independence while keeping you connected to a supportive team back at base.
Required Availability Window:
Sunday: 08:00 – 14:00
Monday: 15:00 – 22:00
Wednesday: 15:00 – 23:00
Friday: 15:00 – 22:00
Saturday: 13:00 – 18:00

Key Responsibilities
Van & Order Prep: Keep your van, trays, and work area clean, organized, and fully checked so every customer receives their shopping in top condition.
Customer Care: Deliver within the customer's time slot, talk through any order changes or substitutions in a friendly and reassuring way, and leave customers feeling valued.
Product Handling: Handle products with care and treat every order as if it were your own to maintain high quality and trust.
What We Are Looking For
Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) held for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
Great Communicator: Warm, welcoming, and able to build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers.
Adaptability: Responsive to changing customer needs and comfortable embracing variety both on the road and in-store.
