Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Must be flexible to cover both day and night shifts | Shift Patterns: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a compassionate, positive, and motivated Care Assistant to join our team. Whether you are an experienced carer or brand new to the sector, you will be at the heart of making a daily difference, providing high-quality personal, social, and emotional care that brings warmth, kindness, and dignity to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with a high standard of personal, social, and clinical care, recognising and meeting their individual needs.
Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to specialised personal care.
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, supporting nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.
A genuinely caring nature, great interpersonal skills, and a passion for making a real impact on people's lives.
Flexibility to cover both day and night shift patterns (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am).
No prior experience necessary—comprehensive training and full support are provided to help you learn from the best in the industry, including digital care systems.
