About the Role
Are you a night owl looking for a stable, hands-on role with plenty of variety? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a major nationwide retailer to recruit a dedicated Store Colleague for their busy store in Alfreton.
This is an exciting permanent opportunity focused on overnight operations and store preparation. Whether you are restocking shelves, picking online orders, or helping ensure the store is running smoothly for customers, no two shifts are the same. You'll be part of a diverse, welcoming team where you can enjoy great stability, flexibility, and support.
Availability Window
We ask that you are available to work overnight during the following periods (contracted shifts are scheduled within these times with 3 weeks' notice):
Sunday: 22:00 – 07:00
Monday: 22:00 – 07:00
Friday: 22:00 – 07:00
Saturday: 22:00 – 07:00

Key Responsibilities
Store Preparation & Replenishment: Provide flexible support across the store including night-time shelf replenishment, online order picking, and general stock management routines.
Operational Excellence: Complete key store routines and make customer-focused decisions that drive sales, reduce waste, and support overall store performance.
Product Care: Handle products carefully to maintain high quality and ensure they reach customers in prime condition.
Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards and celebrate success together.

Age Requirement: Must be over 18 years of age due to night shift working hours (working after 9:45 pm).
