Credit Control Team Member

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Credit Control Team Member to join their team in Leeds, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused finance professional to support the smooth operation of care home billing and credit control processes. You will work closely with residents, families, and internal teams to ensure accounts are managed accurately while delivering a professional and supportive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sales ledger accounts and carry out credit control activities for outstanding balances.

• Investigate account queries, process billing accurately, and maintain detailed financial records.

• Work collaboratively with finance teams and care home administrators to resolve issues and support efficient billing processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in credit control, including private client and B2B collections.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
