Location: Salford Quays

Pay: £14.75 – £15.72 per hour (+ an additional £4.00 per hour premium while running the store)

Contract Type: Permanent (Flexible 25–35 hours per week)

About the Role

This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders aiming for full store management. You'll take pride in driving sales, supporting your team, and keeping operations running smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Leadership: Step up to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Team Development: Support the Store Manager in training colleagues, boosting employee engagement, and hitting key targets.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee till cashing up, safe deposits, stock rotation, and product quality checks.

• Customer & Compliance Focus: Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining strict Health & Safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused settings.

• Target-Driven: Motivated to hit operational targets and manage time and costs effectively.

• Strong Communication: Skilled at delivering high-standard customer service and enforcing compliance.

• (Previous Store Management experience is a bonus, but not essential!)
