Position: Care Assistant (Bank Contract, Flexible Shifts)

Location: Richmond Villages Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, OX28 5DG

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour (Includes Paid Breaks)

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts available (08:00 – 20:00 & 20:00 – 08:00)

About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bupa to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant for a bank contract at the luxury Richmond Villages Witney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific daily needs.

• Supporting residents with a wide range of requirements, from meaningful companionship to personal care.

• Working closely as part of a team to support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting any changes.

• Communicating effectively and compassionately with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A compassionate, caring nature with a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work flexibly on a bank contract across 12-hour day or night shifts.

• Note: Because this role involves caring for vulnerable people, a DBS check is required, the cost of which is fully covered by Bupa.
