Shift Pattern: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Two-week rolling rota: Week 1 is Tuesday and Wednesday; Week 2 is Wednesday and Sunday, with some flexibility to cover annual leave)

Oxlip House is an Extra Care Housing scheme featuring self-contained apartments where clients live independently while having 24/7 care support on hand.
As a Permanent Domiciliary Night Care Assistant (18 hours per week), you will make a real difference by providing comforting night-time care, personal support, and companionship. Best of all, because all clients live in the same building, you won't need to travel between different locations! During your shift, you will act as the key point of contact on-site, maintaining a wakeful watch over the safety and security of our residents and taking charge in emergencies.
Experience & Confidence: Previous experience caring for vulnerable individuals or working in a residential setting, with the confidence to take charge as the senior person on-site during the night. Holding or working towards a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is a great bonus!
Personality & Passion: Compassionate, excellent at communicating, and equipped with a positive, can-do attitude.
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent 18-hour contract on a predictable two-week rolling night rota.
