Are you ready to step up into leadership and take the next step toward managing your own store? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op to recruit a proactive and community-focused Customer Team Leader for their store on Shore Street in Brodick.

In this full-time permanent role, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced environment, setting the pace on the shop floor and tills while helping deliver essential services—such as post office, bakery, or online home delivery support—to your local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading and motivating the team on your shift.

• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, setting a high standard for customer service and efficient operations.

• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and basic HR processes.

• Authorise age-related sales (applicants must be aged 18 or over).

• Champion Co-op membership growth and community engagement with local and national charities.

What We Are Looking For

• Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or over to authorize age-related sales.

• Leadership Potential: A true passion for people, coaching, and leading by example.

• Flexibility: Available to work a varied working pattern (opening, closing, and mid-day shifts), including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday).

• Skills & Experience: Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is welcome, though full training is provided—attitude and drive matter most!
