In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, ensuring that the home truly feels like a home.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the home are kept clean, tidy, and impeccably maintained.

• Follow strict cleaning schedules and health and safety protocols.

• Work collaboratively with the wider care and support team to meet all regulatory standards.

• Build positive, friendly relationships with residents and colleagues, contributing to a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a healthcare or residential setting.

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for enhancing the living environment for elderly residents.
