Contract Type: Bank Contract (Flexible 12-hour shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 or 20:00 - 08:00)

We are partnering with Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis (part of Bupa) to find a dedicated Care Assistant for a flexible bank role. In this rewarding position, you will be at the heart of our award-winning community, delivering high-quality person-centred care and bringing warmth and smiles to our residents every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific daily needs.
Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from friendly daily companionship to personal care.
Working collaboratively as part of a close team to support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
Communicating effectively with residents' families, friends, and visiting healthcare professionals.
