Pay Rate: £12.89 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (25 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, 5 out of 7 days a week
About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with B&M to help you secure an exciting career opportunity as a Floor Supervisor in Leven, Fife. In this permanent part-time role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Floor Manager to maintain top-tier store standards, lead the team by example, and ensure every shopper enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Guidance & Training: Mentor team members to demonstrate proper behaviors on the sales floor and checkout areas, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge.
Store Standards & Presentation: Merchandise the store to create a welcoming, sales-driven environment while safeguarding company assets.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe working and shopping environment for all colleagues and customers while meeting legal requirements.
Customer Engagement: Maintain a visible, approachable presence to champion outstanding customer service.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Previous background supervising or managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Core Competencies: Quick thinking, adaptability, and the ability to think on your feet.
Work Ethic: An enthusiastic, focused, and driven team player with a flexible approach and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
