Permanent Care Assistant - Full & Part-Time (Agency Staffing via Bridge Staffing Agency)
Location: Spencer Court Care Home, Union Street, Woodstock, OX20 1JG
Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour (with NVQ and Weekend Enhancements available)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available (e.g., 30 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: Early (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM) / Late (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Spencer Court, situated a stone's throw from historic Blenheim Palace—the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill—in the charming town of Woodstock. Spencer Court offers high-quality, compassionate residential and early-stage dementia care for up to 46 residents in calm, friendly, and comfortable surroundings.
As a Permanent Care Assistant, you will make a real, positive difference every single day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use), you will help create a happy, fulfilled life for our residents, sharing laughter and building lasting, meaningful memories as part of our extended family.
What We Are Looking For

Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills to build wonderful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experiences. Full induction training and support are provided!
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent full-time or part-time contract working regular early and late shift patterns.
