Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work alongside the care team to deliver high-quality personal care while supporting residents' wellbeing and independence. You will assist with care planning, medication support, staff supervision, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualised care.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, update care plans, and support the delivery of person-centred care.

• Assist with medication administration and supervise care staff while promoting high standards of care.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, escalating concerns when necessary.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with at least two years' experience in a similar care environment.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

• Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding resident care.
