Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a empathetic and technical Radiographer to join their diagnostic imaging team at Nuffield Health Tees Hospital in Stockton-on-Tees, UK.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across various hospital settings including the radiology department, wards, and operating theatres. Utilizing modern imaging technology, you will provide patient-centered care, support policy development, and mentor junior colleagues within a leading private healthcare facility.

Role Description

As a Radiographer, you will perform a broad spectrum of diagnostic imaging examinations for a diverse caseload spanning orthopedics, spinal surgery, cosmetic procedures, and general care. Working 7.5 hours per week, you will ensure strict technical accuracy, adhere to patient safety guidelines, and deliver compassionate, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services across departmental, ward, and theatre settings.

• Supervise, mentor, and support the clinical development of junior radiology colleagues.

• Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing departmental policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent) with active Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.

• Relevant postgraduate qualification with demonstrable experience in diagnostic imaging techniques.

• High level of technical accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and a compassionate, patient-first approach.
