About the Role
Are you looking for a flexible care role where you can provide specialized, high-impact support for residents with complex needs?
Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Bank Care Assistant for complex care at Briardene. In this casual, flexible position, you will provide vital cover when needed, supporting residents living with specialized conditions—such as advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington’s disease. You will assist with daily living, follow personalized care plans, and offer warm companionship and one-to-one time.
What You Will Need
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people or individuals with support needs.
Personal Qualities: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature, a positive "can-do" approach, and excellent communication skills.
