About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, customer-focused individuals for their Online team in Wishaw.

In this dynamic role, you will be picking and packing customer grocery orders ready for home delivery or collection. Using in-store technology, you will accept orders, locate products quickly and carefully, and prepare items to make a real difference to the customer experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, and you'll also receive opportunities to support other store areas such as Replenishment and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer online grocery orders accurately and efficiently using in-store technology.

• Work within a fast-paced, structured environment following clear routines and timed activities.

• Ensure products are carefully selected and prepared for delivery or collection on time.

• Provide flexible support across other store departments, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment while following all operational guidelines.

• Comfortable using in-store digital equipment safely and following established processes.

• Fully flexible availability to work Monday through Sunday, including early starts (from 7:00 AM) and late finishes (up to 10:00 PM).

• Must be over the school leaver’s age (additional age requirements may apply for certain tasks due to health and safety regulations).
