Job Title: Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator

Rate of Pay: £12.75 to £13.75 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, working alternate weekends)

We are partnering with Wykebeck Court Care Home in Leeds to find a creative and energetic Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator on a permanent, full-time contract. Wykebeck Court is dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help residents live their best lives.
As a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator through Supportive Bridge, you will act as the "chief fun officer," creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere. You will dream up exciting events, manage activities budgets, and foster a warm community through everything from arts and crafts to outdoor garden parties.
Run engaging morning and afternoon activity sessions, producing and updating a dynamic activity planner within a set budget.
Organise special birthday surprises and coordinate one-to-one sessions using reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or simply sharing a cup of tea and a chat.
Liaise with external companies and local community performers to organize days out and events at the home.
Support the care home with its social media channels to showcase resident milestones and daily activities.
A creative thinker with plenty of ideas, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to manage paperwork and competing priorities effectively.
An infectious enthusiasm for making people's lives better, sharing a sense of humour, and genuinely caring for others.
