About the Role

Join a fun, close-knit team where you play a vital role in keeping regional Aldi stores fully stocked! As a Twilight Selector, you will pick stock for specific stores and assemble them onto pallets—ready for drivers to collect in the morning. Guided by voice instructions via a headset, you’ll work efficiently in either the Ambient or Chiller department.

Because these shifts start later in the afternoon/evening and run into the early hours, you'll earn enhanced night premium pay rates! Key Responsibilities

Precision Order Picking: Receive voice instructions via a headset to accurately pick stock for specific stores.
Palletization: Safely load, stack, and secure items on pallets for store distribution.
Accuracy Checks: Double-check store numbers, item codes, and order paperwork to maintain zero-error standards.
Warehouse Safety: Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and operational guidelines across Ambient or Cold/Chilled environments.

Skills & Experience Needed

Attention to Detail: Sharply focused on accuracy (store numbers, quantities, paperwork).
Physical Fitness: Energetic, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment.
Flexible for Twilight Hours: Ready and reliable for shifts running late into the evening and early morning.
No experience required! Full training will be provided.
