Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find an enthusiastic and natural leader for the Service Team Leader position in Loughborough.

Are you great with people, or a customer assistant looking to take the next step in your career? As a Service Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our front-end and checkout teams, ensuring every customer completes their shopping quickly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Being a visible presence across front-end operations, utilising headsets to quickly support colleagues and assist customers

• Building a supportive, high-performing culture that recognises and rewards team contributions

• Using dashboards and reports to optimise the front-end experience, root-cause issues, and implement corrective actions

• Managing day-to-day communication across front-end departments—including cash, petrol station (where applicable), kiosks, customer service desks, and car parks

• Ensuring all policies, procedures, and legal obligations (including cash handling) are strictly followed

About You

We are looking for someone who brings strong leadership and organisational skills:

• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships

• Experience in developing, leading, and coaching teams to build confidence and performance

• Strong operational and technical knowledge of a Service department

• Able to plan, organise, and manage workloads effectively under strict deadlines

• Must be over the school leaver's age
