Salary: £18.40 per hour + £1.25 per hour anti-social hours premium (between 18:00 and 06:00), paid weekly
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with start times between 05:00 and 09:00 (flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities
Egg & Chick Distribution: Safely collect and transport eggs from various breeder farms to the hatchery, and deliver healthy chicks to company and contract broiler farms.
Load Security & Manual Handling: Ensure the security of all loads at all times. Please note: This is a hands-on role involving manual processes and lifting equipment weighing up to 20kg.
Compliance & Safety: Strictly maintain Health & Safety standards, follow the Working Time Directive, and adhere to all legislative driving guidelines.
Professional Representation: Present a professional company image on all farm sites, acting as a key representative and liaising with site managers as required.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid C+E driving licence, an in-date DCPC card, and an active tacho card (2 years of Class 1 driving experience is desirable).
Attitude & Skills: A self-motivated, flexible, committed, and reliable work ethic, with the ability to work independently on farm sites.
Important Requirement: Due to strict Bird Welfare standards, applicants must not own any avian pets or poultry.
