Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (24 hours per week, shift patterns varying from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday)

As a Spa Therapist through Supportive Bridge, you will deliver exceptional spa and beauty treatments, ensuring residents and visitors experience ultimate relaxation and top-tier service in our wellness facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate and deliver spa and beauty treatments to a high standard of excellence.
Deliver outstanding customer service and work towards reaching and exceeding retail targets.
Liaise with the Wellness Spa Manager to ensure accurate stock level checks and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the spa areas.
Provide occasional reception cover, handling bookings, enquiries, and general administration in the receptionist's absence.
Maintain a thorough understanding of health and safety procedures, compliance standards, and attend internal/external training courses.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in spa facilities, backed by qualifications including an NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy (or ITEC equivalent).
Outstanding attention to detail and efficient time-management skills for both teamwork and independent tasks.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills to build a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
