Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assistant to join our healthcare partner's dedicated Quality team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting HealthNet’s Quality Management System, maintaining audit readiness, and managing critical pharmacovigilance and product quality processes. You will ensure that all operations strictly adhere to safety standards and company procedures, helping safeguard patients receiving clinical care and treatment at home.
Key Responsibilities
Follow and promote relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and GxP standards to guarantee patient safety.
Maintain ongoing audit readiness and support the oversight of HealthNet’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GPvP).
Accurately create, manage, and follow up on pharmacovigilance reports, investigations, and group inbox communications within agreed deadlines.
Manage product quality complaints end-to-end, including sending samples to pharmaceutical companies and tracking responses.
Support the hosting of quality and pharmacovigilance audits, manage product recalls, and assist with staff training records and the Radar training matrix.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience working within the NHS, pharmacy homecare, or a clinical pharmacy setting.
Prior knowledge or practical experience with pharmacovigilance and operating within a GxP Quality Management System.
High level of IT competence, with the ability to work confidently across Microsoft Office and cloud-based third-party applications.
GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
