Salary: £26,835 – £32,470 (Pro Rata)

Working Hours: Part-Time | Monday to Wednesday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

You will be responsible for sourcing, shopping for, and prepping the exact product samples used for critical evaluations and commercial decision-making. Your New Role: Key Responsibilities

This is an engaging and dynamic role where you will manage your own time while collaborating across multiple teams:

• Precision Sample Shopping: Shop to exacting standards, selecting items carefully and ensuring everything is ready for evaluation precisely on time.

• Workflow Coordination: Maintain a highly organized and efficient workflow so that sample testing and preparation stay completely on track.

• Food Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures to ensure samples are stored and prepared correctly.

• Cross-Functional Support: Confidently engage with colleagues across all levels of the business, bringing a versatile and positive attitude to the wider team.

About You (What We’re Looking For)

To succeed in this active, hands-on environment, you will bring:

• Background: Experience within a retail or hospitality environment is essential, alongside a genuine passion for food.

• Key Credentials: A Full UK Driving Licence is required for traveling to select items.

• Work Ethic: A proven track record of punctuality, dependability, and integrity. You must be able to work independently at pace and show initiative.

• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication skills. You should also have a basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
