Base Pay Rate: £14.75 – £15.72 per hour

Store Running Premium: +£4.00 per hour extra whilst running the store

Contract Type: Permanent

This role offers real responsibility and serves as the perfect stepping stone for ambitious team leaders looking to progress toward store management. Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll take pride in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, managing stock, and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Step up to run store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Team & Operations: Support the Store Manager in boosting team engagement, reaching KPIs, and maintaining strict Health & Safety and compliance standards.

• Financial & Stock Control: Manage stock rotation, quality checks, till cashing up, and safe deposits.

• Customer Focus: Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service across the store.

• Management Experience: Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

• Results-Driven: Skilled in time management, cost control, and consistently achieving store targets.

• High Standards: Strong focus on compliance, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

• Growth Mindset: Prior store management experience is a bonus, but strong team leaders ready for the next step are encouraged to apply!
