Position: Campus Learning Administrator (Fixed Term, 6–12 months)
Location: Willow House, Staines, MW18 3DZ
Salary: £28,200 - £35,200 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) | Flexible working pattern including occasional weekends to support CTA courses and events (weekend overtime paid at time-and-a-half or taken as a day in lieu).

If you excel at event logistics, stakeholder management, and learning operations, this is an exciting opportunity to support strategic learning initiatives.
Sitting within the Bupa campus and Clinical Training Academy (CTA) operations team, you will be a key enabler of future capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and personal growth. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the end-to-end administration and operational delivery of face-to-face, virtual, and digital learning programmes and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end workshop event logistics, tracking tasks across virtual and face-to-face environments.
Schedule instructor-led workshops, liaise with regions to capture demand, and coordinate between local campus sites.
Manage tasks for third-party suppliers, including scheduling, pre/post-course information, and invoice processing.
Triage and respond to learner and facilitator queries, managing complaints, investigations, and escalations.
Monitor utilization, workshop optimization (go/no-go management), registration reports, and evaluations.
Provide technology support for learning platforms, ensuring materials are uploaded and accessible to learners and instructors.
Proven experience in event coordination and logistics-related activities.
Exposure to learning administrative operations and information systems supporting logistics (LMS).
Knowledge of key metrics for managing logistics functional performance.
A collaborative team player with excellent written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when required for campus courses and events.
