About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bupa to recruit a warm, customer-focused Hospitality Assistant for a permanent role at the highly rated Puttenham Hill House Care Home.
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring residents enjoy exceptional dining and hospitality experiences that make them feel right at home. From serving high-quality meals and refreshments to maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment, your dedication will help residents live their best lives in a supportive, person-centred community.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent, friendly customer service to all residents, relatives, and visitors.
Ensuring high-quality food presentation at all times.
Serving meals and drinks to residents both in the communal dining areas and directly to their rooms.
Cleaning and tidying the dining area to ensure it remains presentable, hygienic, and safe.
Serving refreshments outside of normal meal times to residents, relatives, and visitors as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
Holding a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or a willingness to complete training).
A natural warmth, excellent communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
A strong appreciation for maintaining high standards to create a pleasant, home-like dining experience for residents.
