About the Role
As an Advanced Practitioner with our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will step into an integral role delivering urgent, high-quality primary care where and when it is needed most. Working across Heron GP Practice and Bowling Green Street Surgery, you will provide autonomous, first-contact care, using your advanced clinical skills and non-medical prescribing rights to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver autonomous, high-quality clinical care to first-contact patients, ensuring timely access and excellent patient experiences.
Assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and manage care plans using advanced clinical expertise and evidence-based practice.
Collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.
Utilize strong clinical judgement and effective communication skills to manage complex presentations and reassure patients and families.
Contribute actively to service improvement and ongoing professional development within a supportive team environment.
