Working as a permanent Registered Nurse (RMN) through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will work within a multidisciplinary team at a specialized complex care home. You will support residents with complex needs and challenging behaviours, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met with utmost dignity, respect, and person-centred compassion.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Deliver and supervise the delivery of excellent nursing care for residents with complex mental health needs.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve residents' overall quality of life.
Create and update well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Provide a safe, supportive environment adhering to clinical best practices across mixed day and night shifts.
Candidate Requirements (What You'll Need)
Valid, active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary clinical practices, with a strong focus on dementia care.
Proven experience producing robust care plans and comprehensive risk assessments.
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
A compassionate, thoughtful, and resilient approach to nursing.
