About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we focus on connecting reliable candidates with top employers. On behalf of our client, Aldi, we are recruiting permanent Freezer Warehouse Selectors for the early morning day shift at the Sheppey Distribution Centre.

In this role, you’ll be at the cold face of warehouse operations—keeping stores stocked and products moving! Using a voice headset, you'll accurately pick frozen goods, manage paperwork, and uphold strict safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Cold-Chain Picking: Select freezer products efficiently to meet target picking rates.

• Detail-Oriented Checking: Follow voice headset instructions carefully and double-check order paperwork for accuracy.

• Safe Equipment Operation: Safely operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to navigate freezer aisles (full training provided).
