Role Overview
Are you an experienced water treatment professional ready to step into a key leadership role? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with EMCOR UK (part of OCS) to recruit a permanent Water Treatment Supervisor for mission-critical facilities within the Defence sector in Aldermaston.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Support the Section Lead in supervising, training, and developing the Water Treatment team through effective communication and competency assessments.
Service Delivery & Planning: Evaluate customer requirements to produce proposals including costs and timescales, monitoring planned maintenance and remedial works to ensure full regulatory and customer satisfaction.
Technical Support: Provide expert technical support on water treatment services for buildings and plant planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
Safety & Compliance: Drive improvements in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) practices, monitor safety performance, and manage risk management processes alongside the site HSE&Q team.
Commercial Management: Manage budgets, negotiations, and proposals with commercial awareness and sound operational oversight.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: A relevant Water Treatment qualification of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Experience: Strong working knowledge of management disciplines and hands-on experience in a supervisory environment within water treatment works.
Skills: Excellent leadership, decision-making, people management, and communication skills, coupled with commercial awareness.
Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working within a highly regulatory environment.
Security: The ability to obtain and hold the required Security Clearance.
