About the Role

Are you friendly, approachable, and love making people feel welcome? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find dedicated team members for their Service team at the Bodmin store!

In this role, you will give customers a fantastic experience at checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks. You will help shoppers with their purchases, process transactions smoothly, and offer great service with a smile—ensuring every customer leaves feeling looked after and valued.

You will also receive cross-training to support other areas of the store, such as Market Street or Replenishment, making this a wonderful opportunity for a versatile team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly welcome and great customer service at checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks.

• Process transactions smoothly and efficiently to help customers with their shop.

• Resolve customer queries with a helpful and supportive approach.

• Operate store equipment safely following established processes.

• Collaborate flexibly across different departments—such as Market Street or Replenishment—when needed.
