As a Third Party Risk Manager through Supportive Bridge, you will act as a single point of expertise—owning third-party risk controls, guiding category teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of care and service.
Lead the development of Procurement's risk management strategy and internal controls framework within a third-party risk management setting.
Ensure strict compliance with the Procurement Policy and Suppliers Outsourcing Policy, acting as a trusted subject matter expert.
Navigate and respond to regulatory requirements for regulated firms (FCA, PRA, Central Bank of Ireland) alongside broader standards (CQC, ICO, HSE).
Create and maintain accurate management information (MI) and reporting to reflect the risk control environment and support data accuracy in tools like Process Unity.
Provide regular guidance to category teams, act as a trusted business advisor for current and emerging risks, and support internal audit activity and controls testing.
Support incident management, risk reporting, and governance committee submissions (local, functional, BINS/BISL, MU, and Group levels)—including producing materials and chairing when needed, and deputising for the Risk, Policy and Governance Manager.
Proven third-party risk management background with solid experience working alongside supplier assurance and risk frameworks.
Clear comprehension of regulatory requirements, particularly the FCA (SYSC 8/13) and PRA handbooks.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and continuous improvement tools (a background in Procurement is highly desirable).
An appetite to drive compliance, strong communication skills with high self and social awareness, and a customer-focused approach.
Competitive Salary & Allowance: £64,200 – £80,200 DOE, backed by a fixed-term benefits allowance.
Flexible Hybrid Working: Enjoy up to 3 days working from home per week based out of Manchester or Leeds.
Comprehensive Leave: 25 days holiday per year (pro-rata).
