At Aldi, every single day is different. As a Warehouse Selector, you will play a business-critical role in keeping our massive supply chain running smoothly.
Working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, you will use a headset to receive voice instructions, navigate the warehouse floor, and accurately pick stock to fulfill store orders. This is a physical, rewarding role where efficiency, teamwork, and safety go hand in hand.
Accurate Picking: Select products precisely and efficiently to meet daily picking targets.
Attention to Detail: Follow audio and written instructions carefully, double-checking all paperwork for total accuracy.
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE)—don't worry, full training is provided!
Warehouse experience is ideal, but a strong work ethic and physical stamina are what matter most:
Hardworking and fully comfortable committing to a highly physical, fast-paced role.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the right stock is picked every time.
Independent transport to reliably commute to Atherstone initially, and Bardon (LE67) in the future.
