About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver for their store in Kilmarnock.

(Please note: Applicants must be over 18 years old, hold a full driving licence for over 1 year with no more than 6 penalty points, and be over the school leaver’s age.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Deliveries: Deliver grocery orders safely, efficiently, and with a friendly smile directly to customers' doors.

• Customer Service: Go above and beyond to meet customer needs, using your initiative to support and resolve queries.

• Active & Hands-on Handling: Safely lift and move delivery totes weighing up to 18kg while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

• Flexible Teamwork: Adapt to fully flexible shift patterns across weekdays and weekends.

About You

Essential Requirements:

• Licence Requirements: A full driving licence held for over 1 year with no more than 6 points.

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Approach: A helpful, friendly, and approachable attitude with a passion for going above and beyond.

• Physical Capability: Comfortable with an active, physical role involving lifting and moving totes (up to 18kg).

• Flexibility: Fully flexible availability to work across both weekdays and weekends.
