Direct Sales Consultant (English + Second European Language)
Location: Dublin - BG EEA (Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: €39,200 to €42,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Are you a multilingual sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client care and helping international members access premium healthcare solutions?
We are partnering with Bupa Global in Dublin to find a driven and customer-focused Direct Sales Consultant. In this dynamic, international role, you will be the first point of contact for our global members, using your communication and negotiation skills to introduce tailored health insurance products and resolve complex queries.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, delivering a world-class customer experience from initial inquiry through to issue resolution.
Introducing tailored Bupa Global products and services to meet individual customer needs using consultative sales techniques.
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and updates within the CRM database.
Staying fully up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor activity, and regulatory frameworks to correctly advise clients and intermediaries.
Operating in compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) Conduct Standards.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a sales role with transferable communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English alongside a second European language (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and high-value contract management is highly desirable.
