Supplier Assurance and Project Manager

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Supplier Assurance and Project Manager to join their Procurement team in Staines, UK. This is an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced professional to lead supplier assurance initiatives, strengthen governance processes and support regulatory readiness during a period of business transformation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier risk management, enhance reporting standards and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier assurance and regulatory readiness activities, ensuring compliance with governance and risk requirements.

• Review supplier performance, KPIs and third-party risks while identifying improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with procurement, risk and senior stakeholders to enhance supplier oversight and governance processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Third Party Risk Management, Supplier Assurance, Procurement or Operational Risk.

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, governance frameworks and supplier performance management.

• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and project management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
