The Role

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Stock Assistants on behalf of our market-leading supermarket client (Aldi) in Porthcawl.

In this fast-paced position, you will be a vital part of the store's daily operations. You'll keep the shelves stocked, ensure products look their absolute best, check delivery standards, and help create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for local shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Replenishment: Restock shelves quickly and efficiently to ensure maximum product availability for customers.

• Quality & Delivery Checks: Inspect incoming deliveries, check product quality, and remove any items that don't meet strict store standards.

• Customer Support: Provide friendly, helpful customer service whenever shoppers need assistance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Pace & Work Ethic: Comfortable replenishing stock at pace and staying active on your feet.

• Great Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and always ready to support your team and store customers.

• Reliability: Dependable, flexible, and equipped with a positive "can-do" mindset in a fast-moving environment.

• No Experience Required: Previous retail experience is a plus, but your attitude and commitment matter most!

What’s on Offer

• Competitive Pay: £13.12 per hour.

• Flexible Hours: Part-time contracts ranging between 10 and 20 hours per week.
