In this pivotal supervisory role, you will lead shifts, coordinate personalized care plans, and ensure high standards of safety and care administration. You will work alongside a passionate team, empowering residents to maintain independence while managing daily health and wellbeing routines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts, allocate daily duties, and ensure the safe administration and recording of medications.

• Perform risk assessments and manage resident care plans alongside families and external health professionals.

• Support care assistants on the floor and collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, alongside proven ability to lead and delegate work effectively.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a practical understanding of care planning processes.

• Relevant experience or willingness to undergo training in medication administration and shift coordination.
