About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a proactive Patient Administration Lead for their Patient Administration department.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours a week on a flexible shift pattern. In this supervisory role, you will take the helm in coordinating daily administrative activities, managing patient flow, and mentoring a dedicated team of administrative professionals to ensure world-class service standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the patient administration team to ensure service targets and quality standards are met.

• Workforce & Task Management: Allocate tasks, oversee workforce planning, and maintain appropriate administrative cover across all hospital areas.

• Patient Flow & Bookings: Ensure the smooth, efficient execution of patient bookings, admissions, discharges, and outpatient appointments.

• Clinical Liaison: Work closely with clinical teams to monitor patient flow processes and guarantee accurate, timely scheduling.

• Staff Development: Provide day-to-day coaching, support, and guidance, while assisting with the recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing development of the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven administrative background within a healthcare administration or patient services role.

• Leadership Skills: Strong team coordination, supervisory, or leadership experience.

• Core Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organisation, and sharp attention to detail.

• Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and patient management systems.

• Competitive Pay: Starting salary of up to £30,500.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and training.
