About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are excited to partner with B&M to help you secure an opportunity as a Customer Service Supervisor in Swindon. In this permanent part-time role, you will work alongside the Customer Service Manager to run the cash office and checkout areas, making sure your team delivers stellar service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End & Cash Office Support: Assist in managing checkout operations and cash office processes to keep daily trading smooth.
Team Leadership & Training: Coach and mentor colleagues to display proper behaviors in checkout areas while giving them the skills and knowledge they need.
Customer Engagement: Maintain a visible, approachable presence for shoppers and team members alike.
Store Standards & Security: Merchandise the store to cultivate a welcoming environment that drives sales, safeguards company assets, and meets all legal compliance standards.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Previous background supervising or managing a small team within a fast-paced retail environment.
Core Competencies: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
