We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dynamic and strategic Clinical Services Manager for the Imaging department at Syon Clinic in Middlesex.
Develop and manage service delivery within your area of responsibility with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring optimal resource utilization and a responsive, patient-focused service.
Contribute directly to the strategic, operational, and business development of the facility.
Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging services are delivered to meet the needs of all customers and business objectives.
Build and maintain professional relationships with Radiologists, ensuring clinical expertise matches hospital specialties and maximizing sessional use.
Identify and recruit Radiologists in collaboration with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to expand available clinical expertise.
Conduct formal annual reviews with Radiologists to discuss operational, clinical, and departmental developments.
Oversee the day-to-day operational supervision of Diagnostic Imaging services.
Perform radiographic examinations as an autonomous practitioner and as part of a multidisciplinary team in line with professional and departmental standards.
Appoint and support Radiation Protection Supervisors across all modalities, ensuring up-to-date training, signed role profiles, and protected operational time.
Guarantee a safe working environment, strict adherence to local rules, and compliance with all mandatory training requirements.
Experience: Extensive acute hospital background in a Senior Radiographer post (or equivalent), backed by previous experience in a Clinical Lead and management/supervisory role within a multi-modality imaging department.
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
Registration: Current, valid Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
Skills & Competencies: Exceptional customer care and interpersonal skills when handling challenging situations; strong data analysis abilities to influence performance and identify business development opportunities; proven recruitment and selection talent.
Commercial Awareness: Deep knowledge of the healthcare service sector, operational systems, commercial perspectives, and strategic drivers.
