Registered Nurse (Nurse Qualified)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Glennie House Care Home for a Registered Nurse (Nurse Qualified) to join their team in Auchinleck, UK.

In this role, you will act as a key clinical advocate for residents, taking charge of shifts and delivering personalized, high-quality care. Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will ensure clinical governance standards, safety, and dignity are maintained at the highest level across the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely, develop tailored care plans, and lead shift management as Nurse in Charge.

• Liaise with General Practitioners and external healthcare professionals to oversee resident wellbeing.

• Perform clinical duties including syringe driver management, catheterisation, stoma care, and blood sampling.

Requirements

• A recognized UK NMC nursing qualification and active NMC PIN (RGN, RNLD, or RMN).

• Strong clinical decision-making skills and a solid understanding of safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act.

• Right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Auchinleck, UK.
