• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is a plus, but not essential—full training is provided!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Hospitality Assistant, you are at the heart of our residents' daily dining and social experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• First-Class Dining Service: Setting up dining areas, serving nutritious meals and refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming, restaurant-style atmosphere for our residents and guests.

• Understanding Needs: Getting to know our residents' unique tastes, dietary requirements, and personal preferences to ensure everyone's choices are met with care.

• Maintaining High Standards: Collaborating with the kitchen and domestic teams to maintain immaculate hygiene, safety, and presentation standards in all food service areas.

• Creating Happy Moments: Serving with a warm smile, sparking friendly conversations, and helping to make every mealtime a bright and social highlight of the day.

What We’re Looking For

You don't need a background in healthcare—just a natural flair for hospitality and a caring personality.

• Key Traits: Excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, patience, and a genuine respect for the elderly.

• Skills: Great attention to detail, strong teamworking skills, and the ability to stay organized during busy dining services.

• Compliance: Successful candidates will be subject to a standard, fully funded Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
