Location: Home-Based, Nationwide (UK-only)
Salary: From £47,000 per annum pro-rata (Part-Time, 32 hours / 4 days per week) + excellent Bupa benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Consistent routine: Mondays 9:30am–6:00pm, Tuesdays 9:30am–6:00pm or 11:30am–8:00pm, Wednesdays 11:30am–8:00pm, and Fridays 11:30am–8:00pm)

We are partnering with Bupa to find a dedicated Remote Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join their expanding Young Persons Talking Therapy Team. In this meaningful part-time position, you will provide high-quality, outcome-focused CBT via video consultations to children and adolescents aged 11–17, helping them feel seen, understood, and supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing high-quality, outcome-focused CBT via video consultations to young people aged 11–17 (and occasionally adults when needed).
Completing thorough clinical assessments and formulations to guide tailored, evidence-based interventions.
Communicating clearly and sensitively with parents, carers, schools, and multi-disciplinary safeguarding agencies.
Carrying out risk assessments, creating effective management plans, and maintaining meticulous clinical records within Bupa's service framework.
What We’re Looking For
Full BABCP Accreditation alongside a BABCP-accredited Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT / High Intensity Therapy (mandatory).
At least two years of post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT, with proven experience working with children and adolescents.
Strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities across different age groups, and a warm, empathetic approach.
