About the Role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you’ll look after the varying needs of our residents to enable us to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
You can also expect to support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Always respecting resident dignity and preferences, you will play a vital part in creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, and vibrant.
About You
To join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will need:
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Proven team leadership skills and a warm-hearted, compassionate disposition.
With ongoing training and development, many of our Senior Care Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles!
