About the Role

Are you a reliable, customer-focused driver looking for an exciting new opportunity? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op to recruit a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to help launch their brand-new home delivery service on the Isle of Skye!

In this role, you will be a vital face of the community—picking and packing customer orders, delivering them safely to doorsteps, and lending a helpful hand in store on the tills and shop floor when you're not out on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver customer orders directly to their doorsteps, representing Co-op as a safe and considerate driver.

• Conduct daily checks to ensure your delivery vehicle remains safe, compliant, and in good working order.

• Support store operations when off the road—serving customers on tills, restocking shelves, and assisting colleagues.

• Help introduce new ways of working and share positive experiences with your team.

• Get involved in local community activities and events.

What We Are Looking For

• Driving Requirements: A full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.

• People Skills: Great communication skills with a genuine care for the needs of customers and colleagues.

• Flexibility: Available to work varied shifts falling between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends.

• Positive Approach: A proactive mindset toward problem-solving and embracing change.
