Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Logistics Support Manager (Driver Support Manager) to lead our healthcare partner's logistics support team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage relationships with external delivery partners, and lead a dedicated team of administrators to ensure critical medication and homecare deliveries reach patients smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach the Driver Support administration team to achieve performance targets, KPIs, and high quality standards.

• Manage operational relationships with partner delivery companies and communicate delivery-related updates across internal stakeholders.

• Oversee call flows, administration workflows, and resource planning (including holiday cover and shift management) to maintain optimal service levels.

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally, capturing root causes and driving continuous process improvements.

• Support recruitment, training, performance management, and act as a site key holder responsible for opening and closing procedures.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service environment at a supervisory or management level.

• Proven track record of achieving activity targets and working within Quality Management Standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and high computer literacy.

• Supply chain related qualifications (highly desirable).

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of fostering a professional logistics function in a fast-paced environment.
