Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time)

Location: Stansted Airport (CM24 1QW)

Salary: £14.30 per hour

Hours: Part-time (Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 21:00)

About The Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a reliable and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor for a site at Stansted Airport (CM24 1QW). This role is ideal for someone with previous team-supervising experience, or an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step in their career. While supervising the team, core duties will involve cleaning alongside your colleagues to maintain top standards. All uniform, equipment, and products are provided.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supervising a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are met

• Allocating tasks and ensuring adherence to the cleaning specification

• Assisting with on-site audits

• Providing induction, training, and support for new starters

• Vacuuming and cleaning floor areas, dust control, and litter disposal

• Sanitising all areas and replenishing soap, toilet rolls, and hand towels

What We Are Looking For:

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Previous cleaning experience

• Reliable, punctual, and proud of delivering high standards of work

• Polite and courteous to all staff and customers
