Location: Derham House Care Home, Harwood Hall Lane, Upminster, Essex RM14 2YP

Hours: 36 hours a week, permanent, night shifts

You will lead nursing care through the night in a Barchester care home – checking on residents, giving medicines safely and making clinical decisions on shift.

Key requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration

• Up-to-date clinical knowledge and confidence making clinical decisions

• Experience writing care plans and risk assessments

• Understanding of DoLS/MCA and medicines guidelines

• A kind, person-centred approach to nursing
